A family dinner on the occasion of your parent's wedding anniversary at
Jalsa (Bangalore) can be a beautiful and fun experience, especially when you feel like you have been transported to the Mughal era.

I thought the interiors were beautiful although extravagant.

Yes yes. I like colour. And i like it more when its in monochrome (or almost).

Dont they really look like they were part of a period drama? With the staff dressed in Mughal attire, I half-expected Shahjahan and Mumtaaz to pop out of one of the corners of the restaurants !

And of course, i loved the turbans they gave their customers to wear during the royal dinner :)
Ummm... more importantly (for me :)... how was the food?
ReplyDeletei was about to ask the same question??? How was the food and whats your reco!!
ReplyDeletewhoops!!! :) yup yup.. its yuuummm.. north indian cuisine..but, im NOT the best judge of food..i can gobble down any food without thinking twice about it.. and the bill can be a little heavy on your pocket :/
