  4. am sure it was :) This statue is more than 1200 years old.. and the Brits had vandalized parts of this temple during the invasion.

    But, like you, I was also quite intrigued by the skill that must have gone into creating this piece of art. If you click on the image to see the enlarged version, you will notice that the sculptor has actually left a smirk on the face of the goddess.. as though he was smirking at the foolish generations to come...
